This Privacy Notice explains how Red Mark Learning Inc. ("Red Mark Learning," "RML," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information in our company operations. It applies to this website, business communications, recruiting, vendor relationships, events, pilots, and other RML services that link to this notice.
This notice is not a terms of use agreement. It also does not replace any product-specific privacy notice, data processing agreement, customer agreement, pilot terms, or other written agreement that applies to a particular RML product or relationship.
Our Privacy Commitments
We aim to collect only what we need, use information for clear company purposes, limit access to people and providers who need it, and avoid selling personal information. When we handle information for a school, district, company, or other organization, our role and instructions may be defined by the applicable agreement with that organization.
Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with RML. Categories may include:
- Contact and business information. Name, email address, organization, role, phone number, meeting details, and the contents of messages you choose to send us.
- Website and technical information. Our current public website is static and does not include account creation, payments, embedded social media tools, or third-party advertising pixels. Hosting, security, and network providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, referring pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
- Service and pilot information. If you or your organization use an RML service or pilot, we may receive account, configuration, usage, support, and content information submitted by authorized users or the organization.
- Recruiting and vendor information. If you apply to work with us or provide goods or services to us, we may receive resumes, portfolios, professional history, billing contacts, and related business records.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- respond to questions, requests, and business communications;
- provide, operate, support, and improve RML services and pilots;
- manage customer, partner, vendor, applicant, and advisor relationships;
- send administrative, security, legal, and company updates;
- protect our website, services, users, company, and operations;

- comply with legal, accounting, tax, and recordkeeping obligations; and
- enforce agreements and protect rights, safety, and property.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the following limited situations:

- Customer or organization administrators. If you use an RML service through a school, district, company, or other organization, we may share information with that organization or its authorized administrators.
- Professional advisors. We may share information with legal, accounting, security, insurance, and other professional advisors.
- Legal, safety, and business reasons. We may share information when needed to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, investigate security or operational issues, or support a corporate transaction.
Schools, Learners, And Organization Users
RML may provide services to schools, districts, companies, or other organizations. If you use an RML service through one of those organizations, that organization may determine how the service is used and how information is provided to RML. Direct privacy requests about organization-managed use should usually be sent first to that organization. We will support the organization as required by the applicable agreement.
Children
The RML corporate website and general company channels are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through them. If you believe a child provided personal information to RML outside an authorized organization-managed context, please contact us.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this notice, including to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect security, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business operations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the context in which it was collected.
Your Choices And Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information, subject to applicable law, identity verification, contractual obligations, and records we need to retain. You can opt out of non-essential email communications by using the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or by contacting us. If your information is controlled by a school, district, company, or other organization, please direct your request to that organization first.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Processing
RML is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where we or our service providers operate.
Third-Party Links
